Fujita Health University Hospital stands in one corner of the spacious grounds of Fujita Gakuen's Toyoake Campus. One of the largest hospitals in Japan, it has a staff of about 2,500 people, 1,494 in-patient beds, and an average outpatient level of about 2,000 people a day. The twenty-one clinical departments provide daily examination, and the hospital also plays a vital role in advanced medicine as a facility supporting research into sophisticated medical treatments, the development and evaluation of new medical technologies, and the provision of high-level diagnosis and treatment to patients.

In order to continue to fulfill their duty to help protect human lives and achieve a better society, it is essential that the many professions and organizations of medicine cooperate closely, based on academic and human understanding.
We believe it is important for students to work in actual medical situations, and learn the spirit and essential skills required through experience.
As one of the few comprehensive medical educational facilities in the world, we are committed to research and development in medicine and treatment.
