¥ Field-test version of three-plane simultaneous
CT fluoroscopy was installed (Mar.27, 2000).
¥ First US Aquilion Multi
had started clinical service at University
of Iowa (Jan. 2000).
¥ First European Aquilion
Multi had started clinical service at Tivoli Hospital, LaLouviere,
Belgium (Nov. 24).
¥ Phase II software of Aquilion is now on
clinical testing process (Nov 20).
¥ Field-test version of Real-time CT function
(SureStart, 0.5-sec) was installed (Oct.18).
¥ Field-test version of retrospective cardiac
gating software was installed (Oct.18).
¥ Field-test version of Real-time CT function
(SureStart, 0.75-sec) had installed onto Aquilion Multi at FHUH
(Oct.11).
¥ Upgrade operation of Aquilion Single to
Multi is now on progress at Nagoya University Hospital (Oct. 3,
15th Aquilion Multi).
¥ Aquilion Single at Kyusyu University Hospital
had upgraded to multislice system (Sept. 29), and had started
clinical service (Oct. 7, 14th Aquilion Multi). Seventeen patients
were examined on the first day of clinical service.
¥ The first production model at Fukushima
Prefectural Medical College had cleared average throughput of
30 exam. per day. Twenty-five screening examinations were performed
in the morning (9 to 12 o'clock), and 5 detailed examination in
the afternoon.
¥ Third Aquilion multi was installed at
Jichi Medical School
Omiya Medical Center (Saitama) and started clinical service (Aug.
16, 1999). Average throughput is 21 patient a day.
¥ Operating software of Aquilion Multi at
FHUH was upgraded to production version (Aug. 2, 1999).
¥ Second unit of Aquilion Multi (1st production
model) had installed at Fukushima Prefectural Medical College
(Fukushima) and had started clinical service (July 27).
