If you want to use a room after office hours…
Only study rooms are available and the circulation counter is closed.
To get permission to use a room after class hours you need to fill in a form at the counter in advance by 16:30 on weekdays and 12:15 on Saturdays.
In such cases，you are required to start using the room by 17:00 on weekdays and 12:30 on Saturdays
