術前診断が困難であった傍大動脈リンパ節腫脹を伴う早期横行結腸癌の1例を経験した.症例は69歳男性.下部消化管内視鏡で早期横行結腸癌を認め,当院消化器内科にてESDを施行した.VM1のため,追加切除の適応と考えられ,当科紹介となった.術前身体所見で表在リンパ節は触知しなかった.腹部造影CT,PET-CTでは所属リンパ節腫大や肝・肺などへの遠隔転移を疑う所見を認めなかったが,#216リンパ節の腫大・高度集積(SUVmax 7.4)を認めた.血液検査でCEA,IL-2Rは基準範囲内であった.腹腔...
