Security Export Control

Security export control means to control transfer of technologies or export of goods in order to prevent transfer to the technologies and goods that can be potentially diverted to weapons or military use. To maintain both national and international security and peace, the Government of Japan also enforces universities to controls technologies and military sensitive goods.
Fujita Health University asks international students to understand the regulations and ask to provide the signature on the pledge upon your arrival. Please be aware that your activities could be subject to the violation of the law if you do not take correct actions.

(Basic Rules)
 ■ Must not take the university’s property out of university without University’s permission.
 ■ Must inform the university when you need to provide the technical information on your research
  to non-Fujita members.
 ■ Must inform the university when you bring back the research materials/physical outputs outside of Japan.
