Research Interest
■My primary research interests are in evolutionary process of interaction of genomic information with gene expression.
My current and recent investigations include:
(1) Bioinformatic analysis of human intron length, with emphasis on pre-mRNA splicing mechanism,
(2) Comparative genomics on factors of pre-mRNA splicing,
(3) Bioinformatics on modern and archaic human genetic variation.
(4) Evolutionary genomics on poly-glutamine repeats.
