Research Consultation


The Open Facility Center provides consultation services for research and analysis techniques to researchers, graduate students, and research assistants within the university.
First, the staff at the consultation desk will listen to your inquiries and provide answers accordingly.
Additionally, we can introduce you to the staff at the Open Facility Center who can provide more specialized and specific advice, research support, and assistance.
We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity.
Furthermore, you can also directly consult with the faculty members in each laboratory about your research.
*Please note that depending on the nature of your inquiry, the current research environment at the Open Facility Center may not be able to accommodate your needs.
Consultation Details
For example:
  • I don't know where to begin.
  • I want to be taught an experimental operation or technique that I am doing for the first time.
  • I need instructions on how to use a new piece of equipment for the first time.
  • I don't know which analysis room to consult
  • I want to perform analysis using new methods.
  • I need advice because I am not getting results with conventional methods.
  • Other (research matters, comments or requests to OFC, etc.)

How to Use the Consultation Service
- For simple questions, please feel free to contact the person in charge by either phone or email.The person in charge may not be available, so it is more reliable to contact us by e-mail.
- If you would like to schedule a meeting, please contact the person in charge by e-mail to arrange a date.Please let us know the details of your consultation and three preferred dates and times.
- Depending on the content of the consultation, the person in charge may ask for a meeting.
