Open Facility Center

The Open Facility Center is an organization designed to enhance research capabilities by supporting the research activities of researchers both within and outside the university in various ways. To further its development, the facility has enhanced its functions, including the implementation of analysis service. The Central Research Center, along with the following analysis laboratories, collaborates in these efforts.
  • The Bioimaging Analysis Laboratory introduces state-of-the-art electron microscopes to provide high-quality images.
  • The Cell Function Analysis Laboratory utilizes flow cytometry to perform purification and analysis of specific cells.
  • The Omics Analysis Laboratory conducts proteome and metabolome analyses using state-of-the-art mass spectrometers.
  • The Protein and Gene Analysis Laboratory conducts genetic information analysis using cutting-edge equipment.
  • The Laboratory of Genome Sequencing and Analysis deciphers and analyzes large amounts of genomic information using next-generation sequencers.
  • The RI Utilization Facility supports experiments using radioactive isotopes.
Additionally, the research consultation desk also accepts inquiries related to research.We hope that by effectively utilizing the resources of our center, everyone's research will continue to develop further.

About the Return of Old Joint Usage Research Facility Card Keys

Since the fall of 2022, the access control for the Open Facility Center has been changed to an employee ID card entry system.
Those who still possess the old Joint Usage Research Facility card key are requested to proceed with the return process via the application page.
Additionally, if your card key is damaged or lost, please submit a lost item report.
