About off-campus Use

At the Open Facility Center, we are currently allowing external users limited access to the equipment listed separately.
If you would like to use the facilities, we would appreciate it if you could contact the research consultation desk by email or phone.Additionally, you may also contact the faculty members of each laboratory directly.
*Please note that only the equipment is available for use.We do not provide laboratory benches or similar facilities.
*Please confirm the details with the equipment manager.

Regarding usage fees (the following items are included in the invoice):

Please check the fee at Japan HP or Fujita Health University Joint Usage System.
In addition to the usage fee, the following amounts will be charged.

Equipment Usage Fee	Varies depending on equipment Please refer to the Equipment List for External Users for details.
Instruction fee	5,000 yen/30 minutes (rounded up within 30 minutes) *This applies only to equipment that has an instruction fee set.
Administration charge	10% of the usage fee (equipment usage fee + instruction fee) (minimum 500 yen, maximum 1,000 yen)

Application for Use

Please submit the respective application forms annually.
The "Open Facility Center Usage Application Form (External) " must be submitted individually by each person.
The "External Use Registration Application Form" should be submitted by each user group.
