新規CARの作製、T細胞の非疲弊化およびT細胞のメモリー化の開発研究が私たちの研究テーマです。CAR-T療法を基礎から臨床にというコンセプトに従い、新規CAR-T療法、T細胞療法を世界に向けて発信したいと考えています。
Our research focuses on the development of new CARs, the non-exhausted T cells, and the memory T cells. In line with the concept of CAR-T therapy from basic research to clinical application, we aim to promote new CAR-T therapy and T cell therapy worldwide.
血液腫瘍・固形腫瘍に有用な新規CAR療法を目指す
Toward novel CAR therapy useful for hematologic and solid tumors.
腫瘍および微小環境を標的にしたCAR-T細胞療法 -CAR-T cell therapy targeting tumors and microenvironments
血液腫瘍・固形腫瘍細胞に発現する分子、腫瘍微小環境を改善させると考えられる分子、それぞれいくつかを標的にし、CARのバックボーンベクターを作成しています。このベクターを用いて「いつでも」「どこでも」「だれにでも」「なんどでも」使えるよう、基盤を構築しています。
We are creating CAR backbone vectors targeting several molecules expressed in hematological tumors and solid tumors, as well as molecules thought to improve the tumor microenvironment. Using these vectors, we are building a foundation that can be used “anytime,” “anywhere,” “for anyone,” and “as many times as necessary.”
